Wind Load F

Fix the bottom of the anti-glare board to the test platform, clamp the middle of the board with a standard fixture, and use the midpoint of the fixture as the mechanical traction point. Securely connect a rigid connecting medium to the traction system of the mechanical testing machine via a fixed pulley. The traction point should align with the lower edge of the fixed pulley, and the traction direction should be perpendicular to the surface of the anti-glare board. With the connecting medium fully slack, apply traction at a speed of 100 mm/min until the board surface ruptures or the load is reached. Stop the test, and the traction load at this point is the wind load of the sample. Conduct three sets of tests and take the arithmetic mean of the results as the final test result.

Deformation Resistance R

The test setup is the same as for wind load testing. Fix the anti-glare board to the test platform and connect it properly to the testing machine. Mark the projection S from the top of the board to the operating table plane. Start the testing machine and apply traction at a speed of 15 mm/min. When the traction load reaches the corresponding wind load specified in Table 2, stop the traction, remove the applied load, and allow the anti-glare board to elastically recover freely. After 5 minutes, measure the projection from the top of the board to the operating table plane. Conduct three sets of tests and take the arithmetic mean of the results as the final test result.
