The dynamic adhesion strength between the steel cords and rubber in steel cord conveyor belts can be determined using the pull-fatigue test method on this machine.
The lower clamp of the adhesion strength tester rises or descends through motor drive, applying cyclic tensile loads to the steel wire rope in the specimen, measuring the dynamic adhesion strength when reaching a certain number of load cycles or when adhesion failure occurs. It can also perform pull-out testing after completing the standard-specified cycle test duration. The machine design meets the testing requirements specified in GB21352-2008 Annex A and MT668-2008 Annex B.
