Tensile Stress-Strain Testing Machine

The microcomputer-controlled rubber tensile testing machine is primarily used for mechanical property testing and analysis such as tension, tearing, and peeling of rubber, plastics, wires, automotive wire harness terminals, etc. It complies with standards such as GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, and DIN. Equipped with a large deformation extensometer, this machine can measure parameters like elongation, elongation at break, elongation at specified stress, tensile strength, and tear strength. It also allows printing of corresponding performance indicators and curves.

The microcomputer-controlled rubber tensile testing machine is mainly used for mechanical property testing and analysis of rubber, plastic, wires, automotive wiring harness terminals, etc., including tension, tear, and peel tests. It can measure parameters such as elongation, breaking elongation, specified stress elongation, tensile strength, and tear strength, using standards such as GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, and DIN. Equipped with a large deformation extensometer, the machine can print corresponding performance indicators and curves.

11. Displacement speed adjustment range: 0.001–500 mm/min (high-speed system optional: 0.001–2000 mm/min)

The displacement rate control accuracy is within ±0.2% of the set value;

14 When the set value of constant force, constant deformation, or constant displacement control accuracy is ≥10% FS, the tolerance is ±0.5% of the set value; when the set value is <10% FS, the tolerance is ±1% of the set value.
