Main use
This is our company's new generation electro-hydraulic servo tensile testing machine. The machine adopts a four-column single-pull frame structure, enabling the bidirectional cylinder to quickly adjust the test space upwards and downwards within a single area, achieving fully automatic control in both tension and compression directions. The high-precision test force and strain sensors feature consistent resolution throughout the entire range without gear shifting. Key components are imported to ensure longevity and testing accuracy.
Feature Introduction
1. It has a three-loop function, allowing stress, strain, and closed-loop control modes with seamless switching. The stress rate and strain rate fully comply with national standard GB228-2002 and other tensile test standards.
2. Equipped with the fully digital multi-channel closed-loop measurement and control system developed by Shandong Huayan Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (or the German DOLL EDC-220 system as required by the user).
3. A tension-type bidirectional flange load sensor is used, which has high accuracy, good linearity, and strong resistance to eccentric loading. This avoids various adverse factors associated with hydraulic pressure sensors and improves the accuracy of force measurement.
4. High-performance bidirectional oil cylinder with original imported sealing components ensures excellent sealing with no oil leakage. The unique pressure-following technology of the pilot valve ensures that the system pressure is always only 2 MPa higher than the pressure required by the cylinder, significantly saving energy and reducing heat generation.
5. Using filters from Hydac ensures higher cleanliness of the hydraulic system oil, making the system more reliable and longer-lasting.
6. The high-pressure internal gear and gear pump (patented two-piece eccentric clearance-filling design with radial and axial pressure compensation, offering high efficiency, low pressure pulsation, and stable pressure) combined with vibration-damping and noise-reduction design ensure noise levels below 50dB.
7. Real-time control experimental software for Windows Chinese version, which automatically collects and processes test data, displays test data in real time, and shows load-deformation curves and load-time curves. It can print test reports in the format required by users. The original data of the stretching process is automatically saved in the default folder and can be used to reproduce the stretching curve and re-analyze the test results. The computer can export the original data of the experiment for reproducing the stretching curve and verifying various data using tools such as Excel.
8. The testing machine complies with the standards GB/T2611-92 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines" and GB/T16826-1997 "Electro-hydraulic Universal Testing Machines."
9. The software reserves data interfaces for easy local area network connectivity between laboratories, facilitating test data management.
